1. Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no show, no refunds will be provided.

2. Secure Of Reservations

• Please note that credit card will only be charges upon guest arrival or in case of last minute cancellations. In order to secure reservation, valid credit card details is required.

3. Check In / Out Timings

• Check in time is at 2pm onwards and check out time is at 12.00 Noon before. 
• Early Check In or extension of check out time is subject to availability and addition at charges may apply.

4. Refundable Deposit

• Hotel will collect a refundable deposit ranging from RM20 – RM 100 to guarantee incidental charges during your stay with us.
