1. Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no show, the first night will be charged.

2. Hotel Published Rates

• Hotel's definition of weekend applies to Fridays and Saturdays.
• Surcharge of RM40.00 Nett on top of weekend published rates applies on public holiday and peak periods.
• Prices quoted maybe subjected to changes wihtout prior notice.

3. Refundable Deposit

• Our hotel will collect a refundable deposit of RM20-RM50 to guarantee incidentals during your stay with us.

4. Check In / Out Timings

• Check in time is at 2pm onwards and check out time is at 12.00 Noon sharp.
• Extension of check out timing is subjected to availability and additonal charges may apply.
